We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers, but if you have any questions or other problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Below we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.

 

1. Place your order

 

The ordering process at WearWithIvy has been made as simple as possible. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the black “Add to cart” button.

 

Now it is important to check that you have chosen the right option. If everything is correct, click on the "Checkout" button. On the information page, enter the correct address details and make sure that all the information is correct. If all the data is entered correctly, you can click on the "Continue to submission" button.

 

On the "Delivery" page you have the opportunity to check the address details you have entered. You will also see that every delivery is free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the delivery and shipping costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button.

 

In the payment section you can choose between different payment methods. At WearWithIvy all payment methods are SSL encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

After selecting the correct payment method, you must click on the "Checkout" button, which will redirect you to the secure payment environment for the selected payment method. Follow the instructions on this page to complete the order. If you have any problems with the order, you can contact us at any time.

 

Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.

 

2. Submit your order

 

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

 

In order to offer reasonable prices for our products, we collect packages in bulk and ship them once we reach the minimum quantity. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.

 

Please note: Like many online stores, we are very busy and due to the interest rate crisis, delays may occur. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 

The average delivery time for all our packages is listed below:

 

• Once you place an order, we need 1-3 business days to process your order. During the week it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.

• After your order is processed, it will be shipped. On average, it takes 7-14 days for your order to be delivered.

• Once you have placed an order with us, you will be able to see when your package arrives in a few days. You will receive a personal tracking number via email that you can use to track your order through our tracking partner ParcelsApp. Visit our Tracking page to find out how this works.

3. Delivery of your order

 

Once your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return something? Check this page.

 

Wrong product?

Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always offer you a free new package on the first delivery and unfortunately we cannot give you a refund. Will it be defective the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.

 

Lost a package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send you a new package before applying our return and refund policy.

 

Customs duties

In some cases, the package delivered to you will be checked by customs. Unfortunately, this legislation has changed since July 1, 2021 and is beyond our control. It is possible that in some cases a small import fee will be charged by customs. But don't worry! We can tell you that in 99% of cases this will not be the case. Will customs fees still be charged? Please contact us.

 

If the customer has not picked up the product from the post office, we have borne the costs of delivering the product to the post office and are entitled to keep 50% of the order value as a refund. If the customer still wants the product, we will send it back to you for an additional fee of €7.50.
