At Wear with Ivy, we aim to ensure our customers have the best shopping experience possible. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund. Please review this carefully to understand how refunds are processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled until the goods are dispatched. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the dispatch phase, cancellation is no longer possible.
For cancellations made after 30 minutes, a £9.95 fee will apply, as your order may already be in process. If your order has already been fulfilled, cancellations will not be possible, and you will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.
Refunds
We offer a partial refund for products that arrive defective or damaged, or we will send a replacement. If the issue is particularly severe, you may be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, please contact us immediately at customer@wearwithivy.co.uk with proof (such as photos). Upon verification, we will provide you with the return address and determine whether a partial refund, replacement, or full refund is appropriate.
Dissatisfaction with the Order
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team at customer@wearwithivy.co.uk. We are committed to finding solutions that ensure your satisfaction.
Return Costs
The cost of returning products is the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover return shipping costs, and you may be required to send the item to our international warehouse in China.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided if:
• The order does not arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the expiration of the 45-day delivery guarantee period.
Return Process
1. Contact Us:
If you would like to return a product, please email customer@wearwithivy.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Get a Return Address:
We will provide you with the only return address and instructions. Items sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be eligible for a return. The customer should not send it back to any address that we do not send her via email. Using the address on the package will send it back to the courier which will cause the package to be destroyed, this is not a return address.
3. Return the Product:
Return the product in its original packaging to the address provided. Please retain proof of postage. Once the product arrives in our warehouse in Asia, we will then move onto the next step, please be sure you send it to the address we provide.
4. Inspection & Refund:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 days. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Order Rejection:
If you reject the order upon delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund, as the courier will destroy the package.
Customer Responsibility
• Ensure that the return is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Keep proof of postage until the refund is completed.
